Love, welcome & embrace everything that occurs within our “illusive reality”. There is only “i”/you/us & the universe. We may as well enjoy ourselves.
Everything is a wonderful opportunity to “realise” the nature of us/everything. Be fully present in NOT being present & return to full presence, whatever you are doing: washing dishes, dancing, walking, talking, listening.
How much are we really listening? or resist what is said, begrudge, resent? 1) Love is the only prayer: Notice the Illusive Nature Of “Reality” how much do we allow ourselves to really let go?
WHAT IF: what is being said/offered/”done” is all you & for you, a real blessing (maybe in disguise). Even aggressive expression of an ex can be reinterpreted as an expression of Love! Try it ! It may make you laugh out loud & free you.
